Job summary

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in network development or contracting management within healthcare, with a Bachelor's and preferably an MBA or MHA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required in business, healthcare admin, or related field.
• MBA or MHA preferred for advanced leadership.
• 10+ years in network development/provider relations or contracting management in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Oversee provider network strategy, access analysis and network operations.
• Lead contracting activities, including analyses to support negotiations.
• Manage budgeting/forecasting for network costs and provider contracts.
• Support market expansion and due diligence in provider contracts.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field
