Job summary

Bluecrest Residential is seeking a Vice President of Originations to source, structure, and secure preferred equity and stretch senior multifamily capital nationwide, with a primary focus on ground-up construction. The role emphasizes identifying developers, screening potential deals, and presenting investment summaries for internal approvals.

The position is 100% remote with a negotiable compensation package and a track record of high IRRs in their portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a finance-related field is required.
• Experience originating or structuring ground-up multifamily construction capital.
• Experience sourcing and securing preferred equity investment opportunities, specifically multifamily ground up construction.
• Experience across stretch senior construction lending for multifamily ground-up construction.

Responsibilities

• Sustain and preserve relationships with developers, brokers, and lenders.
• Create and develop new relationships with developers, brokers, and lenders.
• Source new construction/ground up multifamily opportunities with no geographic restrictions.
• Evaluate investment opportunities to expose strengths and weaknesses.
• Assist in the closing process of multiple investment opportunities simultaneously.
• Monitor and assist in ongoing asset management needs of closed investments.
