• Broad experience originating equipment finance transactions with middle-market and larger commercial clients.
• Proven ability to independently generate new business and maintain a robust pipeline.
• Strong relationships with CFOs, treasurers, and senior financial decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Develop new equipment finance business directly with middle-market, large corporate, private equity-sponsored, and other commercial clients.
• Build and manage an active pipeline through targeted prospecting, referrals, and strategic initiatives.
• Establish relationships with senior decision-makers and present financing proposals clearly.
