Qualifications

• Direct experience building pitch decks, data room indexes, or investor update memos for startup fundraising.
• Fluency in cap table mechanics, term sheet structuring, and the reporting standards LPs and institutional investors expect.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create and refine AI-generated investor documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Evaluate and improve cap tables, term sheets, and LP reports.
• Collaborate with leading AI lab on fundraising workflows.
