Cotiviti is seeking a Product Manager to lead product development and strategy across a business unit, focusing on clinical and claims data to enable risk adjustment and quality software programs.

The Product Manager plays a strategic and executional role within the business, responsible for leading product development, strategy, and performance within an assigned business unit. This role ensures the successful launch and ongoing management of a product or product line by aligning business needs with customer expectations. They drive product ideation, execution, and stakeholder alignment while balancing customer needs with business objectives.
The Product Manager in this role will be responsible for managing clinical and claims data across products to enable risk adjustment and quality software and service programs. The ideal candidate has worked with or in health plans with exposure to data types commonly seen in health plan operations.
The Product Manager must lead cross-functional collaboration, influence key business decisions without direct authority, and ensure team consensus to bring products to market and manage their lifecycle effectively. Strong leadership, communication, analytical skills, and strategic thinking are essential for success in this role.

Base compensation ranges from$103,000 to$128,000per year. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
