Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years in business development or consultative sales within healthcare.
- Proven success selling complex consulting, analytics, or market research solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead proactive business development across target accounts and prospects.
- Develop and execute account plans to drive expansion and cross-sell.
- Lead senior-level discussions, aligning MAC capabilities to client objectives.
- Own end-to-end sales process from discovery to close and contract negotiation.
- Build relationships with decision-makers across commercial and strategy functions.
- Collaborate with consulting and analytics teams to propose differentiated solutions.
- Maintain a robust pipeline, forecast accurately, and meet revenue goals.
- Represent MAC at industry conferences and client meetings.
