Job summary

Highmark Health seeks a Senior Product Manager to direct all phases of insurance product–related projects, providing subject matter expertise and ensuring regulatory compliance across product management.

You will support product managers by leading strategic analysis, defining product vision, and overseeing the execution of initiatives for insurance offerings, including roadmaps, launch plans, and cross‑functional coordination across the organization.

Qualifications

• Must have 7+ years of experience in product management or a related field within the insurance industry.
• Bachelor's degree required; higher degrees or certifications are a plus.
• Experience working with Ancillary Products (e.g., Dental, Vision) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures compliance with insurance regulations and internal policies.
• Supports product managers in roadmaps and launch plans for insurance products.
• Coordinates all aspects of insurance product management across the organization; Oversees business and system integrations.
• Leads market and competitor analysis for strategic decision-making.
• Provides oversight on multiple insurance products from inception through administration and market implementation.
• Other duties as assigned or requested.
