Highmark Health is seeking a seasoned Insurance Product Manager to lead all phases of product-related projects, providing expert guidance on strategy, compliance, and execution across offerings. You will partner with product managers to shape vision, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.

This role requires strong analytical abilities, leadership skills, and deep knowledge of insurance product management.

Qualifications

7 years of relevant experience in product management within the insurance industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; leadership experience.
Extensive understanding of product management in the insurance sector.

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and internal policies.
Assist in developing product roadmaps and launch plans for insurance products.
Coordinate product management activities across the organization; oversee business and system integrations.
Lead market and competitor analysis to guide strategic decision-making.
Oversee end-to-end product design from inception through administration and market implementation.
Perform other duties as assigned.
