Job summary

Workiva is seeking a PMO executive to lead the Product & Technology PMO as the company accelerates beyond $1B ARR. This leader will drive planning, prioritization, and disciplined delivery across product, platform, and enterprise initiatives.

Reporting to the SVP & Head of Technology and partnering with the CPO and senior leaders, you will own operating rhythms, enable AI-enabled planning, and ensure transparent timelines and outcomes. Travel up to 30% is expected.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Program Management or equivalent leadership in high-growth SaaS
• 5+ years leading a global PMO or strategic operations function
• Experience implementing portfolio planning and workforce visibility tooling
• Strong technical fluency for SaaS and platform discussions
• Executive communication and influence with Product, UX, and Engineering

Responsibilities

• Drive and mature planning and delivery operating model across multi-year planning and quarterly cycles
• Establish PMO as trusted partner to Product, UX and Technology leadership
• Lead prioritization and trade-off frameworks balancing value, capacity and health
• Partner on cross-company initiatives ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Provide executive visibility into progress, risks, and resource allocation
• Oversee cross-functional programs like major launches and platform modernization
