Job summary

Maximus seeks a VP of Enterprise Platforms to lead the delivery, operation and continuous improvement of core business platforms (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Icertis, Smartsheet, Costpoint/Cognos). Remote role with governance across contracts, finance and service management.

The candidate should have 15+ years leading enterprise-scale platforms, strong vendor management, and the ability to align platforms with regulatory and business priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 15+ years leading enterprise platforms.
• Experience with Salesforce and ServiceNow in large-scale environments.
• Familiarity with CLM systems such as Icertis and related platforms.
• Proven ability to align enterprise systems with finance, contracts and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and operations of Salesforce, ServiceNow, Icertis, Smartsheet, Costpoint/Cognos.
• Ensure availability, reliability, performance, and SLA compliance.
• Standardize enterprise workflows across contracts, Finance, and Operations.
• Drive integration and end-to-end process automation across platforms.
• Governance and compliance with enterprise policies and regulations.
• Manage platform lifecycle: upgrades, enhancements, vendor roadmaps.
• Oversee vendor relationships across core SaaS and ERP ecosystems.
