Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field and 10+ years of software engineering experience.
Experience serving as Principal Engineer or equivalent technical leadership role.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership for enterprise-wide clinical applications and software initiatives.
Lead architecture, solution design, development, modernization, and deployment of complex web apps.
Mentor and guide junior through senior developers to improve engineering capabilities.
Evaluate emerging technologies and establish engineering standards and best practices.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
