Cayuse is seeking a Vice President, Client Relationships to lead the strategic account program, own renewals, and drive revenue growth from existing customers. The role manages a team of Customer Success Managers and Strategic Account Managers, accountable for GRR and NRR with an expansion quota.

The ideal candidate builds executive relationships, guides platform adoption, and collaborates across Product, Delivery, and Sales to deliver measurable client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, customer success, strategic client delivery, or key account management.
• 5+ years leading managers or multi-level enterprise account teams.
• Proven experience steering Tier 1 SaaS/cloud deployments and driving retention and expansion.
• Masterful negotiation and communication with C-suite stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers and Strategic Account Managers.
• Own GRR and NRR for strategic accounts and drive expansion through cross-sell and upsell.
• Own renewals including forecasting, timing, pricing and terms with Finance and Legal.
• Build and manage the expansion pipeline with Revenue Operations and ensure CRM hygiene.
• Own account planning with documented goals, stakeholders, adoption, risks and expansion.
• Define health metrics and early-warning signals; implement playbooks for at-risk and expanding accounts.
• Collaborate with Product, Delivery, and Elite Support to resolve escalations and influence the roadmap.
