Job summary

Altriarch is seeking a Data Engineer to design and build the data infrastructure powering investment, operations, and reporting. You will own the end-to-end data stack, from ingestion to governance, in a multi-system financial environment.

As part of the internal technology team, you will shape the AI roadmap, integrate Claude workflows, and ensure robust data quality and accessibility for analytics and investor reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• 5+ years of data engineering experience with production Python/SQL.
• Advanced Snowflake experience: warehouse management, RBAC, Access History.
• Experience designing star/snowflake schemas for multi-source data.
• REST API integrations: error handling, rate limiting, retry logic.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate optimal data architecture (lake/warehouse/hybrid) for Altriarch’s systems.
• Build and maintain central Snowflake warehouse and RBAC, lineage, and Access History.
• Design scalable ingestion pipelines from Tenor, FactorView, Affinity, Asana, Investran into Snowflake.
• Bridge Snowflake with Claude-powered workflows and AI-ready data structures.
• Develop canonical data models and production-grade ETL/ELT pipelines.
