Job summary

Meadows & Ohly, LLC, an established healthcare real estate services firm, seeks a Senior Data & AI Engineer to design, build, and scale an enterprise data platform and AI capabilities in our Alpharetta, GA office. You will expand a Snowflake data lakehouse, develop scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, and implement AI-powered solutions driving smarter business decisions across the organization.

You will collaborate across business and technical teams, ensure data quality and governance, and mentor junior

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years designing and supporting enterprise data platforms.
• Experience with Snowflake, SQL, and Python.
• Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines and cloud data architectures.
• Experience with AI technologies including LLMs, RAG, or vector search.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale Meadows & Ohly's enterprise data platform and AI capabilities.
• Expand Snowflake data lakehouse and develop scalable data pipelines.
• Develop AI-powered applications including RAG pipelines and intelligent search.
• Ensure data quality, monitoring, governance, and observability.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate needs into solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and grow the Data & AI function.
• Support analytics, reporting, and advanced AI initiatives.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
