Job summary

Daikin Applied Americas is seeking a VP, Data Center Solutions to develop and deploy the Data Center strategy across North America. This executive will lead a global data center program, own the strategy, and drive growth through both organic and inorganic initiatives.

The role requires deep market and financial acumen, strong leadership, and experience guiding large-scale data center initiatives across acquisitions and integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience.
• 10+ years experience managing vertical markets including 5+ years people leadership.
• Minimum of 3 years of Data Center market experience.
• Demonstrated success leading cross functional strategies resulting in sales growth and positive customer satisfaction.
• Commercial building industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the Data Center strategy and value proposition.
• Lead the Data Center team across acquisitions and integration efforts.
• Develop and execute the Data Center solutions portfolio and roadmap.
• Identify growth opportunities through market assessment and competitive insights.
• Partner with finance to develop business cases and budgets.
• Create internal alignment and measure KPIs to guide performance.
