Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related discipline is required.
• CPA license with deep expertise in US GAAP, SEC reporting and SOX compliance is required.
• 15–20 years of progressively responsible accounting/financial reporting experience, including leadership in biotech/pharma.

Responsibilities

• Lead the accounting organization, close processes, and internal controls.
• Oversee consolidated financial statements and SEC filings.
• Drive SOX compliance and internal control framework enhancements.
