Job summary

The Vice President of Consultant Partnerships will develop and manage relationships with benefits consultants, guiding strategy and execution across internal teams to expand Journey’s partner ecosystem.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience working with consultants, brokers, and partners in health and wellness companies.
- Startup experience in early-stage (<25 employees) environments.
- Consistent over-achievement in quota and revenue goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop, grow, and maintain strategic partnerships with benefits consultants.
- Educate consultants on Journey’s products and capabilities.
- Serve as liaison between internal teams and external consultants.
- Meet activity targets and consultant-referred opportunity goals.
- Partner with the Chief Commercial Officer on strategic vision for the function.
- Design outreach and nurture strategies with internal marketing teams.
- Stay informed on industry trends and represent Journey at events.
