Journey is a remote-first health and wellness tech company redefining mental health care for modern workplaces. We seek a VP of Consultant Partnerships to build and optimize relationships with benefits consultants and brokers, aligning with Journey's goals and collaborating across teams.

The role focuses on expanding partnerships, educating partners on Journey’s capabilities, and driving consultant-led opportunities through the pipeline in a fast-growing, values-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years working with consultants, brokers and partners in health/wellness
• Experience in early-stage startups (<25 employees)
• Consistent over-achievement on quotas and revenue goals

Responsibilities

• Develop, grow and maintain strategic partnerships with key benefits consultants
• Educate consultants on Journey’s products and capabilities
• Serve as liaison between internal teams and external consultants
• Meet activity targets and consultant-referred opportunities
• Partner with the CCO on vision and execution of Consultant Partnerships
• Collaborate with marketing to design outreach strategies
• Represent Journey at industry events to expand partnerships
