Job summary

Bevi is seeking a VP of Channel Sales & Partnerships to lead indirect growth, national partnerships, and Territory Sales. You will drive revenue and machine bookings with strategic oversight of partner types, regions, and go-to-market programs.

You will mentor National Partnership Managers and Territory Managers, shaping a scalable growth culture while negotiating contracts, rebates, and terms and guiding international expansion with a focus on the UK and Ireland.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in channel, foodservice, or OCS sales.
• 5+ years leading teams that grew channel or partner business at scale.
• Experience leading partnership teams and field/territory sales in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy for indirect growth across partner types and regions.
• Lead negotiations on pricing, rebates, and contracts with KPI reviews.
• Oversee forecast and annual operating plan for indirect sales and budgets.
• Build frameworks, playbooks, and territory design for scalable growth.
