Job summary

Tillster is seeking a Vice President of B2B Marketing & Demand Generation to lead the growth engine for the company’s digital ordering and guest engagement platform. You will shape GTM strategy, ICP, messaging, and integrated campaigns across paid media, content, events, and sales enablement.

The role requires senior leadership, hands-on execution, and collaboration with Product, Sales, and executive leadership to build a scalable revenue engine in a remote, U.S.-based setting.

Qualifications

• Senior B2B marketing leadership experience including building or maturing a demand-generation or revenue-marketing function.
• Strong blend of demand generation, product marketing, positioning, content strategy, marketing operations, and Sales alignment.
• Experience designing measurable inbound and outbound motions for complex B2B or enterprise technology sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead Tillster’s integrated B2B growth strategy—from market awareness through qualified pipeline, opportunity acceleration, and revenue contribution.
• Translate company growth objectives into market segments, programs, and measurable outcomes.
• Balance broad market coverage with high-velocity pipeline creation and strategic-account development.
