Qualifications

• 10+ years of risk management in digital economy, AI/ML, blockchain.
• Experience with AI model lifecycle governance and risk appetite.
• Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Knowledge of regulatory expectations in fintech and tech governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead second line risk for AI, blockchain, DeFi, and digital economy.
• Develop risk appetite aligned with objectives and regulatory expectations.
• Challenge ORM framework implementation and risk profile accuracy.
• Represent risk at governance forums and report changes.
• Review risk events, escalate, and drive remediation.
• Monitor emerging risks and ensure timely reporting.
• Provide second line challenge to transformations from design to go-live.
• Act as trusted advisor to business and tech stakeholders.
