Qualifications

• 15+ years in Technology Risk, IT Audit, Cybersecurity, Compliance, GRC, or AI Risk Management.
• Strong Second Line of Defense experience.
• Certifications such as CRISC, CISSP, CISM, CIPP, FAIR or related credentials preferred.
• Expertise with AI governance frameworks such as NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, and ISO 27001.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI risk assessments and governance activities.
• Review AI solutions, controls, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Evaluate AI-related control effectiveness and compliance requirements.
• Support audit, regulatory, and governance reporting efforts.
• Contribute to AI policies, standards, and framework development.
• Assess risks tied to AI agents, large language models, cloud AI platforms, and third-party AI solutions.
