Healogix is seeking a Vice President of Advanced Analytics to lead the evolution of its analytics capabilities. This remote, U.S.-based role requires strategic leadership with hands-on analytics expertise to shape methodologies, partner with teams, and deliver trustworthy insights that move client brands forward.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, scientific, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• At least 15+ years in advanced analytics, market research, consulting, data science, or related fields.
• Deep expertise in conjoint, segmentation (latent class, finite mixture), predictive analytics, MaxDiff, TURF, and custom methods.
• Proven success applying advanced analytics to solve complex business challenges.
• Exceptional communication to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Experience implementing new methodologies with diverse internal stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of emerging technologies and AI-enabled approaches in research and decision support.
• Proficiency with R, Python, SPSS, Sawtooth, Excel and reproducible analysis practices.

Responsabilités

• Define the vision and roadmap for advanced analytics and set clear priorities.
• Collaborate with Behavioral Science and leaders to align analytics with client needs.
• Evaluate and implement new methodologies, tech, and ways of working.
• Develop proprietary methodologies, frameworks, tools, and AI-enabled analytics for client impact.
• Serve as the senior analytical expert for study design, analysis, and interpretation.
• Lead advanced analytical approaches tailored to client needs and ensure rigor.
• Communicate approaches and findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing analytics team; establish reproducibility standards.
• Build reusable analytic assets and establish best practices across projects.
