Qualifications

• 3+ years in web, visual, or digital design.
• Strong portfolio of modern web design, landing pages, and component-based systems.
• Proficiency in Figma and collaborative design workflows.
• Experience expanding design systems.
• Strong responsive design and accessibility knowledge.
• Experience collaborating with developers and marketers.

Responsibilities

• Own the visual design of Optimizely.com to ensure a polished, consistent experience.
• Maintain and expand the design system with reusable patterns and components.
• Audit pages for visual consistency, usability, accessibility, and brand adherence.
• Design and build reusable website components in Visual Builder for marketers.
• Create layouts and landing pages balancing aesthetics, usability, and conversions.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation.
• Work with content strategists and product marketers to translate business goals into digital experiences.
• Ensure designs meet WCAG and responsive best practices.
• Incorporate analytics and A/B insights for ongoing optimization.
• Help establish web design standards and guidelines.
