Job summary

Databento is seeking a hands-on visual designer to bring our brand to life across web, digital, and print. You will own projects from brief to final delivery, translating complex financial concepts into clear visuals and scalable design systems.

You will collaborate with growth and product design teams to develop concepts for websites, campaigns, events, and collateral, while ensuring accessibility and high craft across formats. Remote-friendly, full-time, worldwide teams.

Qualifications

Portfolio demonstrating strong visual craft in typography, layout, color, and hierarchy.
Typically 3+ years of experience in visual, marketing, or brand design.
Experience designing responsive web pages for desktop and mobile.
Understanding of web UX principles.
Experience designing across digital and print formats.
Experience with extending and evolving design systems.

Responsibilities

Design responsive pages for Databento's marketing website, focusing on usability, visual hierarchy, and conversion.
Develop creative concepts and visual assets for product launches, campaigns, blog posts, and social media.
Create event signage, promotional materials, and other digital and print collateral.
Turn complex financial and technical concepts into illustrations, diagrams, and infographics.
Extend Databento's visual identity across channels, developing reusable templates and exploring new directions.
Own design projects from brief through final delivery, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
