Job summary

Databento is seeking a hands-on Visual Designer to bring our brand to life across web, digital, and print. You will own projects from concept through production, collaborating with growth and product design teams to translate technical concepts into clear visuals.

You'll shape our visual identity, extend design systems, and create assets for marketing campaigns, product launches, events, and more. We welcome designers at different career stages and tailor the role to your experience.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating typography, layout, color, and hierarchy.
• 3+ years in visual, marketing, or brand design.
• Experience designing responsive web pages for desktop and mobile.
• Strong understanding of web UX principles.
• Experience across digital and print formats.
• Experience with extending and evolving design systems.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and collaborate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Design responsive marketing website pages with usability and conversion focus.
• Develop assets for product launches, campaigns, blog posts, and social media.
• Create event signage and other digital/print collateral.
• Translate complex financial and technical concepts into visuals.
• Extend the visual identity across channels with reusable templates.
• Own projects from brief to delivery, coordinating with teams and vendors.
