Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating strong visual craft in typography, layout, color, and hierarchy.
• Typically 3+ years in visual, marketing, or brand design; portfolio weighed heavily.
• Experience designing responsive web pages for desktop and mobile.
• Understanding of web UX principles.
• Experience with digital and print formats and design systems.
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Ability to communicate design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design responsive pages for the marketing website prioritizing usability and conversion.
• Develop visuals for product launches, campaigns, blog posts, and social media.
• Create event signage and print/digital collateral.
• Translate complex financial and technical concepts into diagrams and infographics.
• Extend the visual identity across channels with reusable templates and new directions.
• Own projects from brief to delivery, coordinating with teams and vendors.
