Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in process improvement or PMO roles.
• Hands-on Microsoft Visio experience and ability to map detailed workflows.
• Strong process/workflow expertise from end-to-end analysis.
• Experience documenting processes with audit-ready artifacts.
• Banking domain experience and TPRM/supplier onboarding is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple workstreams within a supplier onboarding improvement initiative.
• Document and map current-state processes using Microsoft Visio.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand real workflows.
• Create detailed workflow maps that withstand audit review.
• Identify gaps, redundancies, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies.
• Develop recommendations for a streamlined future-state process.
• Balance efficiency with regulatory requirements and controls.
• Coordinate 5–6 workstreams and maintain stakeholder alignment.
• Track actions, follow-ups, and decisions to prevent gaps.
• Facilitate meetings with large groups and individual owners.
