You will troubleshoot complex issues, maintain our data warehouse and analytics stack, and optimize internal tools across software, data platforms, and reporting environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience in CS, IS, engineering or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in software engineering, data engineering, or related technical roles.
• Ability to understand software, data, and infrastructure issues across multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot production and development issues across software applications and data platforms.
• Maintain and troubleshoot data warehouse, analytics, and BI systems.
• Develop and support Power BI reports and dashboards; assist with data analysis using SQL.
• Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and implement solutions.
