Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience or familiarity with web-based software (Slack, Google Drive, Airtable, Trello, Zendesk, or any ticketing/CRM software)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
• Strong customer service with patience and professionalism
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Fluent in written and spoken English

Responsibilities

• International Artist Visa Consultation Operations (50%): evaluate visa materials, communicate with artists and lawyers, track requests, escalate complex cases, draft peer letters of consultation, maintain confidentiality, stay updated on USCIS changes
• Fiscal Sponsorship Operations (50%): respond to inquiries by phone/email, educate members on policies, onboard calls, manage email threads in Zendesk, review fundraising materials, explain software tools, troubleshoot access, support cross-functional projects
