Devoted Health is seeking a Primary Care Physician to lead a cutting-edge virtual primary care model and supervise an APP pod across multiple states. You will work with AI-enabled tools and an interprofessional team to deliver high-quality patient care at scale.

You will oversee clinical care, drive innovation, and shape quality metrics while collaborating to expand our embedded AI technology and clinical operations. This role offers a meaningful, impact-driven path.

Qualifications

• Board-certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician with commitment to primary care.
• Experience supervising Advanced Practice Providers or other healthcare professionals is valuable.
• Experience serving diverse patient populations and aligning care with patient-centered values.

Responsibilities

• Deliver primary care within an interdisciplinary team and lead the Active Care team.
• Supervise, teach and provide quality oversight to an APP pod; lead rounds and review high-risk patients.
• Drive innovation and process improvements using AI and digital engagement.
• Develop quality measures and oversee the pod’s performance across states.
