Job summary

Curai Health is hiring a 1099 contracted physician to deliver high-quality, virtual-first primary care across the United States through video visits, live chats and secure messaging. This fully remote role requires MD/DO, board certification in Family or Internal Medicine, and active licenses in at least 15 states.

You will conduct virtual assessments, manage chronic conditions, and document in the EMR with HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Board-certified MD/DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active, unrestricted physician licenses in at least 15 states.
• Remote work experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and clinical judgment.
• Strong organizational skills and time management in a remote setting.
• Ability to adapt to AI-driven tools and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments, diagnoses, and treatment through text and video visits.
• Manage and coordinate care for chronic conditions.
• Provide preventive care, wellness counseling, and health education.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results.
• Prescribe medications in line with state and federal regulations.
• Handle referrals and prior authorizations.
• Document thoroughly in the EMR and ensure HIPAA compliance.
