Job summary

Fullmind is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our 1099 independent contractor program for the 2026-27 school year. This fully remote role supports K-12 students by teletherapy, following the school district calendar.

You will evaluate gross motor function, develop treatment plans, document progress toward IEP goals, and collaborate remotely with teachers, case managers, and families. Must hold MN PT license, NPTE completion, and be authorized to work in the United States; teletherapy

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Physical Therapy license issued by the Minnesota Board of Physical Therapy.
• Successful completion of the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
• Reliable, HIPAA-compliant teletherapy platform experience; strong tech setup (webcam, headset, stable internet, private workspace).
• Comfort collaborating remotely with classroom teachers, case managers, and families.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Promote creativity and excitement in the virtual learning environment.
• Create strategies to engage and nurture student learning and student relationships.
• Evaluate levels of gross motor function, mobility, strength, balance, and functional skills.
• Develop and execute treatment plans that address specific student needs.
• Document sessions and record data on progress towards IEP goals.
• Meet with personnel at the school or district to transmit information about student progress.
