Job summary

Fullmind, a U.S. education partner, is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a remote 1099 contract aligned to school district calendars.

Immediate start dates depend on placement; assignments for 2026-27; flexible hours based on opportunity. As a Fullmind SLP you will deliver virtual speech-language instruction, assess and set goals within IEPs, develop individualized treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with teachers, case managers, and families.

Qualifications

• Experience with tele-health platforms for assessment and therapy delivery in a school/IEP context.
• Must have an active SLP license from the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) and a valid Related Services license from the Minnesota PELSB, or willingness to pursue reciprocity.
• Must be in good standing with no disciplinary actions on any license held.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high-quality speech and language instruction in a virtual classroom.
• Evaluate students’ speech and language levels and translate findings into clear, actionable goals.
• Design and carry out individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s IEP.
• Document sessions and track progress toward IEP goals with the rigor districts require.
• Partner with school-based staff, teachers, case managers, and administrators to align on student progress.

Job description

• Pay Rate: $40-$60+ hourly rate, based on experience. Rates are negotiable and subject to change.
• Fully Remote. 1099 Contract Opportunity
• Must have an active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license from Minnesota OR be willing to pursue reciprocity.
• Assignments available for the 2026-27 School Year. Flexible hours depending on the opportunity.

The Role
This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position following the school district’s calendar. Immediate start dates depend on available placements once you’ve completed the application process.

As a Fullmind Speech Pathologist, you will:

• Deliver engaging, high-quality speech and language instruction in a virtual classroom, building the same rapport and momentum an in-person therapist would
• Evaluate students’ speech and language levels and translate findings into clear, actionable goals
• Design and carry out individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s IEP
• Document sessions and track progress toward IEP goals with the rigor districts require
• Partner with school-based staff, teachers, case managers, and administrators, to keep everyone aligned on student progress
• Must have an active SLP license from the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH). And a valid Related Services license from the Minnesota Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board (PELSB). Or willing to pursue reciprocity.
• Must be in good standing with no disciplinary actions on any license held
• Experience with tele-health platforms for assessment and therapy delivery in a school/IEP context
• Reliable, FERPA-compliant technology setup: webcam, headset, stable high-speed internet, private/distraction-free workspace.
• Comfort collaborating remotely with classroom teachers, case managers, and families
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
