Job summary

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Technician Certification or equivalent training required.
• 1–2 years of experience in pharmacy operations or telehealth support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply medication knowledge to ensure accuracy in processing prescriptions, refills, and prior authorizations.
• Collaborate with RNs, providers, and coaches to coordinate care and resolve member issues.
• Process clinical tickets promptly and accurately, routing faxes, labs, and records.
• Provide dependable support to clinical staff for routine and urgent requests.
