Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks a Virtual Injection Training Nurse, Specialty Care to educate patients on treatments and disease states. You will conduct virtual injection training via Zoom with enrolled patients or caregivers, schedule outreach calls, and collaborate with HCPs and reimbursement teams to optimize patient care.

The role requires an RN license, 5 years of Medical/Surgical experience, and experience with webinars and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• RN license with no restrictions.
• 5 years Medical/Surgical experience preferred.
• Previous pharmaceutical experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work collaboratively in a team and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients on drugs, disease states, and treatment plans during phone calls.
• Schedule and conduct virtual injection training via Zoom for patients or caregivers.
• Record adverse events per FDA and client requirements and report to Drug Safety.
• Assist patients in accessing services, including alternate funding and support groups.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and reimbursement teams to support patient care.
