Job summary

Cardinal Health's Virtual Injection Training Nurse, Individualized Care, promotes high-quality patient care and education on treatments. You will handle inbound calls from patients, schedule outbound training via Zoom, refer to services, and report adverse events per FDA/client requirements.

This remote, full-time role requires HIPAA compliance, documentation in client systems, and collaboration with supervisors.

Qualifications

• RN with no license restrictions
• 5 years Medical/Surgical experience preferred
• Pharmaceutical experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong computer skills for webinars
• Able to work collaboratively in a team
• Excellent organizational abilities

Responsibilities

• Educate patients on drugs and disease states and schedule virtual injection training via Zoom.
• Interact with consumers, HCPs, and reimbursement teams to optimize care.
• Refer patients to services and assist with access to funding and support groups.
• Document adverse events per FDA/client requirements in reporting system.
• Handle product complaints intake and submission per guidelines.
• Answer Medical Information inquiries and coordinate with internal teams.
• Schedule outbound calls and manage call queues; follow up with patients.
• Meet with supervisors to review call quality, productivity, and compliance.
• Participate in trainings when new treatments are introduced.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect confidential materials.
