Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and clinical instruction on injection administration techniques.
• Demonstrate medication preparation, dosage calculations, and safe administration practices.
• Evaluate student performance through skills assessments and demonstrations.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, facility policies, and nursing standards.
• Provide individualized coaching, mentorship, and constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate training records and student documentation.
