FinStrat Management seeks a client-facing Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy for FSM clients. This role requires steering growth, implementing scalable processes, and delivering five-star client service across engagements.

Ideal candidate has 10+ years in finance, CFO/VP Finance experience in SaaS, and strong knowledge of software revenue recognition. CPA preferred but not required; company supports ongoing education and flexible work.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of financial experience with CFO/VP Finance in SaaS.
• Solid understanding of software revenue recognition and SaaS metrics.
• Experience scaling processes and fundraising at growth-stage companies.

Responsibilities

• Manage client engagements as virtual CFO for FSM clients, providing strategic financial leadership.
• Analyze and present financial results with narrative on variances, trends and metrics.
• Implement controls, policies and systems to capture timely, accurate data across clients.
• Lead financial transactions including financing, acquisitions, and partnerships.
• Support client CROs on contracts and related processes; liaison with outside counsel.
• Oversee stock option, commission and benefit plans for clients.
