Amex GBT is seeking a client-focused support professional to act as a program liaison during evening EST hours. You’ll assist with customer inquiries via phone, email, and Salesforce, troubleshoot issues, and drive timely resolutions for global clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service roles, especially travel or booking domains.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work with global customers across time zones.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of GDS structures.
• Capable of rapid diagnosis and first-call resolution.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong service and quick decisions for internal/external clients via phone, email or Salesforce.
• Act as primary contact for common customer problems.
• Diagnose product or software symptoms and drive first-call resolution.
• Coordinate with teams to prioritize workloads and outcomes.
• Triage customer requests using knowledge bases and manage case movement in SFDC.
• Real-time WFM related case control and escalations.
