Job summary

Praxis Title & Escrow in Virginia is growing and seeking an experienced Title Agent to support complex commercial real estate closings. This fully remote role requires coordination with attorneys, lenders, clients, and escrow professionals across multi-state transactions.

The candidate will serve as Praxis’s Agent of Record in Virginia, necessitating an active Virginia Title Agent license and at least 4 years of title insurance experience focused on CRE.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Title Agent license required.
• 4+ years of title insurance experience, with CRE focus.

Responsibilities

• Review and manage title matters for CRE transactions, including multi-property portfolios.
• Coordinate with attorneys, lenders, escrow officers, and other parties to facilitate timely closings.
• Support multi-state closings ensuring compliance with title insurance, underwriting and closing requirements.
• Serve as Title Agent of Record in Virginia and maintain licensing and compliance.
