ORC is hiring Utilities Title Agent levels 1–3. The role supports title searches, document review, and reporting for property owners and clients. You will travel locally and statewide, with a home-office setup allowed within Virginia.

We expect strong organization, communication, and the ability to learn new systems. A valid license and MS Office proficiency are required, with a focus on accuracy and client service.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting title research and reviewing real estate documents.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel locally and statewide, with flexibility to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct real estate title searches using online databases and courthouse visits.
• Retrieve and review deeds, mortgages, contracts, easements, tax cards, and plats.
• Compile findings into Title Reports with complete, reliable title information.
• Verify instruments and ensure thorough, compliant title searches.
