Tangerine Travel, Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Corporate Travel Advisor to coordinate end-to-end travel for high-profile executives.

You will manage air, hotel, ground transport, and special requests with Sabre, while building trusted relationships and delivering tailored itineraries. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in corporate travel, strong industry knowledge, impeccable attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a corporate travel agent servicing VIP or executive clients.
• Deep understanding of airlines, hotels, ground transportation and travel trends.
• High attention to detail to create accurate itineraries.
• Strong verbal and written communication with executives and service providers.
• Proven ability to handle unexpected challenges in high-pressure situations.
• Familiarity with travel booking platforms and Sabre GDS.

Responsibilities

• VIP travel coordination: end-to-end arrangements for executives using Sabre.
• Build and maintain relationships with executive clients to tailor travel experiences.
• Create detailed itineraries considering schedules, time zones and disruptions.
• Ensure adherence to travel policies and cost-effective solutions.
• Handle travel disruptions and crises professionally and efficiently.
• Assist executives with travel expenses, receipts, and reimbursements.
• Utilize travel technology and Sabre to streamline processes.
