Job summary

Brafton, a leading content marketing firm with offices worldwide, is seeking a creative Videographer & Editor. The role involves shooting and editing on-location and in-house productions, coordinating with a producer.

You will storyboard narratives, coach talent, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining equipment and workflows. Regular travel (30-60%) is required; remote work is supported from the Boston area.

Qualifications

• Formal degree in cinematography or video/film production.
• Significant demonstrated professional experience without this degree will also be considered.
• Understand the full spectrum of the production process including camera operation, lighting and audio capture
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Audition, and After Effects for video production.

Responsibilities

• Ensure on-time execution and delivery of high quality video productions.
• Shoot and edit on-location and in-house video productions.
• Create storyboards for narrative work.
• Coach on-screen talent and voice talent.
• Travel on a regular basis (approximately 30-60%).
• Maintain video equipment at our Quincy, MA equipment storage facility.
• Promote the Video Department across the business.
