Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional writing experience in content marketing, copywriting, journalism, advertising, video production, or a related field.
• Proven experience writing marketing and advertising content.
• Proven experience scripting video content across multiple formats.

Responsibilities

• Video Scriptwriting: Write compelling scripts for a variety of video formats including product education, brand campaigns, social-first content, YouTube long-form programming, recruiting and employer branding, and internal communications.
• Story Development & Creative Concepting: Define story structure, messaging, direction, and content objectives; conduct research on products, customers, industries; create interview guides and frameworks.
• Marketing Copywriting: Write marketing and advertising copy across channels such as paid ads, social media, and campaign messaging; ensure tone and messaging consistency.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Video, Social Media, Design, Paid Media, Procurement, and Culinary teams to develop content and participate in planning and reviews.
