Job summary

Superside is seeking an AV Scriptwriter to guide briefs from initial idea through production-ready scripts for a range of formats, including social and brand films. You will craft dialogue, voiceover, and on-screen copy that reads naturally aloud, and develop multiple directions with references and a compelling title approach.

You will collaborate with creative teams to ensure scripts align with visual direction and brand guidelines, iterating based on feedback across time zones.

Qualifications

• Proven AV scriptwriting experience, ideally from an agency background.
• A portfolio of AV concepts and scripts, not just web or marketing copy.
• Excellent command of English with strong pacing and tone.
• Strong collaboration with creative directors, designers and producers.
• Interest in or familiarity with AI tools for ideation or drafting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Concept and script AV content across formats from short social cuts to longer branded films.
• Develop two or three distinct directions per brief, with references and a title approach.
• Turn a chosen direction into a production-ready AV script with dialogue, voiceover and on-screen copy.
• Build a hook, narrative structure, and fluid voice across brands and platforms.
• Collaborate with Superside's teams to align scripts with visuals and brand guidelines, refining based on feedback.
