Dhar Mann Studios is seeking a dynamic freelance Writer for our Main YouTube Channel. This creative role requires experience writing across digital platforms, strong pacing and screenplay formatting, and the ability to take concepts from greenlight to polished scripts.

The writer will ideate, script, and collaborate with Showrunners, Script Managers, Analytics Teams, and Production to deliver compelling, family-friendly content.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience writing scripted content for digital platforms.
• Fluency in pitching creative concepts.
• Deep expertise in YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and short-form storytelling.
• Ability to outline high-quality scripted concepts quickly and consistently.
• Proven expertise in YA content.
• Experience in fast-moving, deadline-driven creative environments.
• Genuine alignment with Dhar Mann Studios culture and mission.

Responsibilities

• Craft high-impact ideas, expand pitches into full story outlines, and script original series for premiere across Dhar Mann Studios channels.
• Collaborate with Showrunners, Script Managers, Analytics Teams, and Production to take concepts through ideation, beat sheet, script, and polish.
• Track platform trends and audience feedback, integrating learnings into future scripts.
• Help build a pipeline of commercially viable content while preserving brand voice and moral-driven storytelling.
