Job summary

Base360.ai seeks a talented Video Editor to bring our product stories and brand to life through engaging films, social content, and ads. You will shape concepts, find the strongest hook, and drive each project from concept to final cut.

You’ll craft founder-led content from interviews and footage, producing pieces optimized for social channels and paid campaigns while maintaining tight timelines and high quality.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling, editing craft and visual taste.
• Proficient in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro with motion design in After Effects or equivalent.
• Able to hook viewers in the first three seconds and sustain interest.
• Able to turn long recordings into concise, compelling stories.
• Understand how music, silence, sound effects, and pacing shape emotion.
• Familiar with AI tools like Runway, Kling, Sora, ElevenLabs in creative workflows.
• Independent, meets deadlines and accepts direct feedback.
• Balances speed with quality and pays attention to polish.

Responsibilities

• Edit product launches and brand films blending storytelling with strong visual direction.
• Create founder-led content from interviews and behind-the-scenes footage.
• Produce short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn with strong hooks.
• Build paid ad creative with variations in openings, messaging, and CTAs.
• Bring the product to life with screen recordings, motion graphics and clear explanations.
• Own post-production: footage selection, color grading, sound design, music, captions, exports.
• Leverage AI tools to generate visuals and voiceovers when beneficial.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity across formats and channels.
• Improve content using performance data like retention and watch time.
