Job summary

Educo LLC is seeking a Video Editor to bring our content to life across short-form social clips, long-form YouTube videos, and marketing ads. You will work both independently and with a creative team, shaping storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement for impact.

Proficient in Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve; Blender a major plus. You will add captions, color, audio, and motion graphics, and manage workflows with deadlines while aligning with campaigns.

Qualifications

• Proven talent in video editing with a portfolio required.
• Expertise in non-linear editing and story-driven pacing.
• Bonus: Blender, advanced color grading, and audio mixing.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media, marketing, and education products.
• Use Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve as core tools; Blender skills are a major plus.
• Create motion graphics and animations to boost storytelling and engagement.
• Repurpose long-form content into high-performing short clips when needed.
• Add captions, effects, music, and sound design to maximize viewer retention.
• Perform color grading and audio mixing for a polished finish.
• Manage file organization, project structure, and publishing workflows.
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to align outputs with campaigns.
• Ensure all deliverables meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
