Qualifications

• Proven professional video editing experience with a strong portfolio.
• Excellent sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong motion graphics and design skills.
• Experience editing content for digital and social platforms.
• Hands-on experience incorporating AI tools into post-production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Edit high-performing video content for paid digital campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube.
• Create polished branding videos for our website, YouTube library, social media, provider materials, presentations, campaigns.
• Identify opportunities to improve our video production pipeline through AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
• Share new tools, techniques, and workflows with the broader creative team and help determine where they can meaningfully increase efficiency and output.
